NewsLady Posted October 2, 2016 Share Posted October 2, 2016 If anyone recognizes this dog please let the owner know he was run over in front of the grade school in el alto, next to la iglesia San Francisco. He doesn't seem to have sustained any life threatening injuries or broken bones, but is obviously in a bad way and I would imagine he would rather be with his owner.
