From its birth the Citizen Urban Network has advanced 42 administrative and judicial proceedings seeking to end the defenselessness of the 35 communities that are part of the organization. Unfortunately, government after government, has demonstrated the complicity and negligence of municipal and environmental authorities, and especially the Ministry of Housing and Land Management. We have a situation where neighbors must be protected against some unscrupulous investors, using their political influence and economic power, who have made changes to zoning. and received expeditious authorizations that explains much of the urban chaos that in the capital.
