Jim and Judi Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 I'm wondering if someone can confirm how to count the 10 days on the health certificate when importing pets to Panama. If I receive the certificate on the 1st, the animal has to arrive in Panama by the 11th, right? Or does the 1st count as the first day and the pet needs to arrive by the 10th. Also, if you've gone through this process, how many days did it take to get the paperwork back from the USDA, et al.
