The directors of the fair board said that there will be many attractions of a cultural, folkloric, artistic and artisanal nature. The president of the board said that they are conservative in the number of people they expect to receive, but they estimate that it will be around those who came last year, about 180 thousand people. He added that on January 10 there will be an inspection by firefighters of the premises that use gas for cooking. Guests from El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Chile will participate in the fair. This event opens the calendar of fairs nationwide and will run until January 21 in the tourism sector of Boquete in Chiriquí. The La Chorrera International Fair will also take place in January.
