Offering a variety of YOGA... as well as, Tai Chi, Boxing, and Guided Meditation.

 

Location: "The Studio" at The Haven Wellness Resort & Spa, in Bajo Boquete

 

Class Prices: 

$12 Visitor

$10 Resident; or buy in bulk to save (5-class card $8/per class; 10-class card $7.50/per class)... Haven Members receive additional discounts!  

40-minute Guided Meditation: $5.00
