Lots of new menu items are available this week - Mexican Barbacoa (just to name one!)

Hello,  I hope your day is going great!!!  This week we have lots of wonderful options to choose from.   For starters I am very excited to say that we have (for the first time ever) authentic Mexican Barbacoa on our menu.  This dish is similar to our pulled pork in the sense that it is just a bag of cooked and prepared beef.  What you do with it is completely up to you.  Nachos, tacos, scrambled eggs, you name it.  Mexican barbacoa is very tender shredded beef that's finely minced.  It is juicy and extremely flavorful and soooo tender!  We personally put it on tacos with a little cabbage, onions, cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.  YUM!  Each pack has enough barbacoa to make at least 10 corn tortilla tacos or 6 flour tortilla tacos.   We've also made a delicious batch of our almond Pumpkin smothered cheese ravioli (now with bigger ravioli and more sauce).  Also, for those of you asking for Mexican chicken Burritos your wait is over. 😁.  Enjoy these amazing burritos with Spanish rice, salsa, sautéed onions and bell peppers, refried beans, cheese, and tender chicken.  Very tasty and very filling!!  As a bonus, this week we have a limited amount of our Mexican tortilla soup, Boquete Chili, Beef Stroganoff, Thai Coconut Curry, and Chicken Cordon Bleu (in addition to everything else on this week's menu!).      If you would like to be included in our weekly mailer, be sure to click this link to subscribe.  Click here to get on my mailing list!!   Check out our menu by clicking this link below and if you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a phone call or email.  Our Menu – 2 Guys & A Cooler (doshombrespanama.com)   DELIVERY & PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS  All deliveries will be made on Monday's between 9am and 5pm.  If you plan on picking up your order, please come between 11am and 2pm on Monday (bring an umbrella).  Just park outside the gate and walk to the courtyard.  In the event that there's an issue or you would like to let Chandler know that you have arrived to pick up your order his phone number is 6644-1934.  If you are sick or have flu like symptoms please stay home and select delivery.     Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon Eric, Cecelia, Chandler, Keira, Aidan
