NewsLady Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 All reservations for the BCP Community chats must be made by clicking on the link in the schedule or by visiting www.eventsboquete.org/reservations When you make a booking we ask for your email and telephone number. We use your email address to send confirmations and reminders. Contained within those emails is a link to click in order to cancel a reservation. Please do not delete these emails until after the event, since there may be others waiting to take your place, and without that link we may not receive a cancellation from you. There are some people who regularly give an incorrect email address. By doing this you will not receive any confirmations or reminders. We have seen that this sometimes results in empty seats that could have been filled. Please make sure your email address is accurate. If you are not going to be able to attend, unless it is unavoidable, please do not leave cancelling until the morning of the chat. The reason we ask for your phone number is so that we can contact you if there is a last minute cancellation, when we would try to contact you. Thank you for your understanding.
