What do eggs and okra have in common?  They are both grown by Finca Santa Marta, your local organic farm and when prepared properly, are both tasty and good for you.  And both are in good supply at this time.

That goes for the following as well.

Kale

Collard Greens

Bok Choy

Sweet Potatoes

Culinary herbs including Basil, Sage, Rosmary, Thyme, oregano and more

Lemon Grass

Spinach

Arugula

Manzana Bananas

Limones

Sprouts

Turmeric

Ginger

Galangal

Free Range Chickens – Cut up and whole

Chicken parts – gizzards, livers, hearts, necks, feet,

Cucumbers

Kohlrabi

Jicima

Dandelion Greens

Egg Plant

Hot Peppers

Purslane

Pesto – Some non-organic ingredients used in it’s preparation.

Chocolate – grown in Bocas

Coconut Oil – imported from USA
