The subject of that session was "Boquete 101 for Newcomers - All Things Legal". The panelists were Geovanna Avendaño, who recently moved her busy law practice from Panama City to Boquete, James Bondoux, who moderates the online forum "Panama Laws for Expats", and Penny Barrett, University of Michigan law school graduate.
