                                Adopting a Los Mininos Cat

Los Mininos Cat Sanctuary (LMCS) has lovely cats available for adoption. They are adult, healthy, vet-checked, sterilized, vaccinated cats with a plethora of personalities. And, because of owner/operator Judy Odom’s knowledge of each cat’s personality, you can describe to her how a cat would best fit into your life, and she can match you with the purrfect companion. Or, visit our sanctuary and let a cat chose you! Adopting a cat from LMCS is free and guaranteed. If you get your cat home and find things are not working out, you are asked to please return the kitty to our sanctuary.

Los Mininos is the ONLY purpose-built cat sanctuary in Panama, it is a well-managed facility that specializes in caring for each cat individually. LMCS focuses on adult cats, some with special needs, and some seemingly undesirable, but all deserving of a good home.

Los Mininos is a well-established, safe, and secure facility. The grounds are manicured and sanitary. Cats are managed individually, tested for FIV and leukemia virus prior to joining the sanctuary population, quarantined and vet-checked for any health issues, and kept safe on privately owned property. Cats are well nourished, and have a sanctuary in the truest sense of the word: they may live their entire lives at Los Mininos in the event they are never adopted.

Once the pandemic restrictions lift LMCS will continue hosting visitors on Fridays, 10 am to 4pm. Visiting is free with no obligation other than being kind to our cats. Directions to the sanctuary are given via email at losmininoscatsanctuary@gmail.com.

You can also log onto www.losmininoscatsanctuary.org for more information, lots of kitty pics, and to donate to our daily operations. Check in often for updates, photos, and news about the cats.

Thank you for your interest in Los Mininos. Your animal advocacy, whether adopting, donating, or visiting, is truly appreciated.
