The new owners of Industrias Lácteas SA (Estrella Azul).are Panama Dairy Ventures Ltd. A statement from the Coca Cola Company said that Panama Dairy Ventures belongs to the multi-Latin group that operates in the Central American active in the food industry and mass consumption.
