Tuesday, September 8, 2020 Panama Government Purchase 2020-1-35-0-01-LV-008158: "For the field studies required for the design and construction of this project are part of the scope of work of the Contractor which will be carried out without placing studies not necessary to the project. The Contractor will be able to present and promote the new modern proposals of construction systems in which they must promote creativity on the part of the designers, presenting high technology in the sports environment as well as construction methods that take advantage of technology. The proposals will have special consideration in the following aspects: The sports facility will be designed and built in accordance with the guidelines of a sustainable and efficient architecture in the use of natural resources, water and energy."
