The good news is that, so far, Boquete has been largely spared. Let's keep it that way. Be safe, be smart. Wear a mask (yes, we KNOW they are hot and uncomfortable. So is not being able to breathe because your lungs are collapsing!), wash your hands, and don't kiss and hug people strange to you! Rest -- try for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. If you can't do that, take a nap in the afternoon. Your body heals and gets stronger as you sleep. Community -- This is harder for many, due to the lack of social contact. We know people who are using ZOOM to connect with family and friends and take exercise classes online. Have you tried it?
