Penny Posted March 26, 2020 Share Posted March 26, 2020 It with sadness and total shock that we learn of the death of Pat Carter from corona virus while she was in the U.S. Pat was a resident of Jaramillo Centro and lived near her son Scott and daughter in law Holly. Pat was a great friend of the homeless dogs and also a member of the Boquete Chicas club. RIP in Pat Carter.
