Irene always said she didn't have water problems because she was at the beginning of the line. Boy, things have changed and there is hardly a trickle coming into her house for the past month. What do other Santa Lucia residents do? Do you buy water and fill up your water tanks? Do you complain as a group to the city? Or are you patiently waiting for the new water system to be installed?
