In his talk, Ibu will address the history of Panama’s aviation: its roots, its development, and its future. Ibu has been involved in aviation since an early age and is still active in the field. His flying experience spans from local, regional to international operations throughout Central and South America. He has recently published a book about his aviation experiences.
