Dia del Niño in Boquete celebrations were very well attended and organized. Some great pics here.
Nice photo of Chris Jones doing his thing, too.

There are about 20 sites around the country where people are gathering en masse to help reforestation today. Locally out near Gualaca. This young is happy, about to plant his first tree.

After a recount, they came up with 302,000 Feria visitors, which made the goal of 300,000.
No explanation was provided as to how the original count could be off by about 30%.

Yes, Keith, the designated exit at the Oasis end of the parking area was blocked by that large Toyato pick-up. Other car owners were sort of practicing "free parking" in the lot. We felt sorry for the attendent (Frank?). Poor man was doing his best to guide the traffic; not an easy task.
We managed to leave the premises without damage. Guess it was a good day after all.
Jillian just told me that the Police showed up just before 11:00 a.m. and tagged a lot of illegally parked cars.

The theatre isn't big enough for some of the audiences that certain speakers attract.
Blocking the exit aisles from the theatre is probably more dangerous, but less noticeable, than blocking the exit in the parking lot.
Is the designated Exit at the Oasis end of the parking area functioning or are some people still trying to leave through the Enter Only gate?
