Keith, I don’t believe your priorities are wrong or your sense of community is twisted.

Big yard sales, same day and same hours? Hope there are valid reasons for this scheduling and that people are not being inconsiderate and have no ability to plan. This sale for the Handicap Foundation is a major fund raiser for this community program.

Not using the calendar?  Oh come on. Suggest your critics try harder at seeing the big picture here.

I attended a Boquete Library meeting where Mr. Feeley was speaker.  I recall hearing several comments of “I don’t know” “I”ll have to get back to you on that”. Then he announced he had another meeting and asked staff members to answer questions from the audience.

His performance caused raised eye brows from some people in the room and negative remarks by others.

But perhaps Mr. Feeley spoke many times at the Library. I was present only one time.

Ambassador?  Perhaps this is a better activity for Mr. Feeley.

• According to a recent TV announcement, the eating of these soap pods has resulted in sickness and in one case the death of a teenager in the US.

“This sure is the truth!”   Yeah but.........what about better road system; better electrical system; better telephone system, etc.  I think the real problems could be lack of planning, knowledge, and corruption.

A poor education system is the root of all these conditions is my thinking.

What is the advantage or reason why someone would be a vegetarian. Maybe allergies, personal preference to just not eat meat? Only asking.

Agree. Corruption is too common and the locals tolerate. 

This sounds like a hoax or maybe an attempt to poke fun at the confusion surrounding some of the recycle center data.
