Article does not say where in Boquete this will be built. Any idea?

While I believe that the science of procreation is necessary for all school children, glorifying the act is not preferred by many religious groups since premarital sex is a sin per the Bible. Education is the key to prevention. Every generation deals with the raging hormones of teenagers regardless of country of origin or education. It is biology.

I manage to get red, white and yellow onions at my green grocer any day of the week. What I cannot find often are radishes.

ARF had their first "CASH Prize BINGO" at La Villa on June 23rd and it was very successful. Lucy did a great job setting up the hex and she not only had to make a beer run, she sold out of goodies! Good for her and ARF. Thanks BCP and La Villa, I am sure our next bi-monthly bingo on August 18th will be even better!

Bags of CASH? Honest transactions do not usually require cash bribes. Why isn't the populace boycotting Super 99? Not being here during that time I am not familiar with the whole story.

Can I skip the pensionado and go straight to the ECedula? It seems so much cheaper! LOL
-
Bonnie,
Would you care to name the lawyer that is charging so little for your E Cedula please? I have heard that the process for pensionado is over $1,000 per person.

There is a place on ning's main page where a donation can be made for a "suggested" amount of $100. What is this all about?

It also sounds at 9 pm, curfew?

Also, on line banks offer accounts with zero fees. I bank with USAA and the only fees I know of are overdraft charges. They also refund up to $15 per month in ATM charges because they do not have their own ATMs.
-
Canada and the US (particularly after the 2008 crash) now have laws forbidding unnecessary fees. Governments need to step up and regulate the money grab.

There are snuggy coats you can get for dogs that offer security when wrapped around there torso's. They close with velcro and are made of a comfortable material. It doesn't hurt the dog, just provides a little extra security.

My condolences to Bonnie and her family.

As an accountant/controller in my former life it intrigues me and I am all about rooting for Panama's economic growth, however I agree with Keith's comment about equality. We need more of it.

Our venue is new at BCP and we are having cash prizes with one full third of card sales going to the prize pot. We will have a full card special at the end with a bigger payout and a generous donation of one pound of fresh ground coffee from La Villa going to the winner! Going to be a fun time. Please note we have changed our start time to 1 pm in an effort to avoid late afternoon rain if possible.

Cost of this new status? Are FBI finger prints required? How does one go about applying?

Have a table base and not top! Please contact Marie at marie_ebm@yahoo.com if you have a glass/marble etc. table top floating around your garage. It can be 32" to 34", we are not fussy.

While this is a long shot, I thought I would try to find one. I would like to sell dog tags (and cat tags) at the weekly market with all proceeds going to ARF. Anyone have an engraver they would like to get rid of?

Having dealt with many IRS and federal funding agents in my past life, the attitude seems to be that of, if an employee is aware of corporate US laws being broken they are almost obligated to contact the IRS or the funding foundation anonymously. There is little if no consideration for those who lose their jobs because of wrong doing however, the squealer is in some instances is compensated for their information if they chose to be named. I am sure other parts of the government feel the same way since the pervasive attitude is "I have the power and you do not".

Thank goodness for ARF!

My beef with her has nothing to do with her arrest record but everything to do with the fact that she jumps all over other peoples posts. As a moderator this is not what she is supposed to do. Ning or any other blog forum is for the use of the resident users, not the employees of the company. Her attitude that she "knows everything about Panama" is most annoying. Now it appears from these posts that she is also lying about her origins. Obviously she cannot be trusted.

They need to do more than "relocate" lights, they need to buy more in my opinion.

Varela appears to be "serving the people" but is obviously making enemies of some very influential people in the meantime. What kind of government has a law that provides immunity to officials who serve the public? Obviously a corrupt one! This law should have been abolished the moment Varela took office.
