About this blog

We miss our dear friend Dru Aguilar who passed away not so long ago.  Along with a children's book I made for his 4 year old daughter Gaia , my husband and I renovated a bench for our backyard we call Dru's Bench.  It's place where we often sit and enjoy the beautiful view.  Now we have dedicated it to Dru...  Along with the bench, I wrote a poem for Gaia to have in her book on memories.  It's just a little something to let Gaia and Wakana know they are not alone...we all miss Dru...as Gaia him, "my Appa".            Alison

Dru's Bench We have a seat and it's kinda neat, it sits in the yard with a view. We sit out there in the cool mountain air and think of our times spent with Dru.   There's such a breeze, and pollen...we sneeze and a moment of sadness wafts by.
