Penny Posted May 3, 2018 Share Posted May 3, 2018 Joe Wilcox, resident of the Santa Lucia neighborhood in Boquete was found dead in his home on Tuesday. His fellow Rotarians went looking for him when he failed to show up to assist with the Rotary table at the Tuesday market.
