Bonnie
I just read the following on the website of a local residential community: "The lawyer community in Panama is one of the largest and best educated in Latin America. Many Panama lawyers have received their education in the United States and are also members of the American Bar Association." While I can't claim extensive experience with the legal community here, I am unaware of any lawyer in Chiriqui who was educated in the U.S. or is a member of the American Bar Association. Do any of you know such a man or woman? Edited November 21, 2017 by Bonnie

Do any of you know such a man or woman? Dr. Angulo in David. That is why he is entitled to be called "Doctor". He received his doctorate of jurisprudence in the United States -- In Louisiana, I think. I doubt he pays annual dues to be a member of the U.S. bar association.
