Marcelyn Posted December 3, 2015 Share Posted December 3, 2015 Panama President Juan Carlos Varela announced a feasibility study for constructing a light rail system between La Chorrera and David. Their stated goal is to connect the country together by 2030. Would have dramatic impact on economic growth, environmental issues (fewer gas guzzling vehicles on the roads), and the transportation industry.
