Interesting that most of them look old and bruised up.  What is the fine for carrying guns here in Panama? Are they illegal, no?

Can be as much as 8 to 10 years for possession of an unlicensed firearm.

If the guns can be inked to specific crimes they can also lead to more prison time for offenses like homicide or even gang affiliation.
