As part of our expanding Education Series, Blaise Dismer, M.S.W. will be sharing a "brass tacks" paradigm for a basic understanding of mental / emotional disorders and today's treatments. Depression and anxiety are explained. An overview of possible causes and treatments, including 'talk therapy', cognitive behavior therapy and medication intervention. Join us at Fénix Cafe, this Thursday at 11:00 am until approx. 12:30 pm... as we continue to learn, share, grow and explore the world around us and within us.
