Keith Woolford Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 (edited) This graph from the Ministry of Security shows the total number of homicides in Panama per year, and the rate per 100,000 people, for the years 2004 through 2016, and the first trimester of 2017. Last year 419 homicides were registered, and up until April 30th, 2017, or the first four months of this year, there have been 150 homicides. The Ministry's spin is that the homicide rate has been significantly reduced during the Varela administration. Edited May 11, 2017 by Keith Woolford Quote
