Keith Woolford Posted April 18, 2017 Author Share Posted April 18, 2017 This notice today from MOP, the Ministry of Public Works, indicates that they are now soliciting bids for improvements to internal roads in Concepcion and Volcan, as well as the highway between San Andres and Renacimiento, and the previously noted Bocas route from Gualaca to Chiriqui Grande.
