TxJackie
I had a cell phone booster installed last week. I now have 5 bars and it is easier to make outgoing calls. BUT... I cannot receive any calls at all. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I have contacted the company who installed it to get them back out her to fix the problem. But I was hoping to get it fixed asap as I'm missing a lot of calls.. Suggestions welcome Edited November 15, 2015 by TxJackie
Twin Wolf Technology Group
Having 5 bars does not mean you have a good connection to the cell tower. Those 5 bars are measuring the signal between your cell phone and the booster. If the signal between the booster and the cell tower is weak, you will still have issues like you are describing. If you can not get a good cell signal but have Internet, you should look at getting some sort of VOIP (voice over IP), such as Skype and use that instead.
