Keith Woolford Posted November 17, 2017 Author Share Posted November 17, 2017 (edited) There is still one section of the expanded highway under construction between Vigui and San Felix where I was held up for about 20 minutes yesterday when returning from Panama City. Between Santiago and Vigui there must be at least a dozen areas where the speed limit drops from 80 to 50 kph., which will provide lots of opportunities for Police to catch speeders.
