The decision was handed down by the Oral Trial Court of San Miguelito, made up of judges Lenín Andrión (president), Marisabel Cerrud, and Milena Vega, The man committed the crimes when he posed as a pastor and gynecological doctor in the Paraíso sector, San Miguelito, in August 2021, according to the Public Ministry. In the ruling, the Court also ordered multidisciplinary therapeutic treatment for the convicted person.
