Decorative mirror from the Philippines made of wood and natural blue coral -- SOLD

mirroir1.jpg.a9872f8f5bcaa637d2206c10442cc9d7.jpgIt's difficult to photograph a mirror.  This one is hand made in the Philippines and was purchased by the donor more than 35 years ago. The frame is hand carved hard wood and then overlaid with natural blue coral. Blue Coral live only in the Indo-Pacific in the tropics of the Indian and Pacific oceans and they are unusual in that they are blue in color, they have a blue skeleton — all other corals just about have white skeletons — and also in that they haven't changed in their form for over 60-70 million years.

The mirror stands 22" high and is 13" wide. It's in perfect condition.

This prized piece was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a local lady wishing to downsize her collection and to help support the programs of the Handicap Foundation.

We would like to sell this great piece for $50. The money will help fund the many programs of the Boquete Handicap Foundation. Email Penny at pjbarrett@aol.com or text WhatsAp 6510-8934.
