  1. It's difficult to photograph a mirror. This one is hand made in the Philippines and was purchased by the donor more than 35 years ago. The frame is hand carved hard wood and then overlaid with natural blue coral. Blue Coral live only in the Indo-Pacific in the tropics of the Indian and Pacific oceans and they are unusual in that they are blue in color, they have a blue skeleton — all other corals just about have white skeletons — and also in that they haven't changed in their form for over 60-70 million years. The mirror stands 22" high and is 13" wide. It's in perfect condition. T
  2. These two picture frames were purchased by the donor more than 35 years ago in the Philippines. The large one is 10" high and the smaller one is 7" high. We've reduced the price of these frames to $20 because the small one needs some minor repair in the back (not visible from the front). These frames were donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a local lady wishing to down-size her collection. They have never been used. We're selling these frames well below the original cost from 35 years ago. We'd be happy to get $20 which will be used to help fund our programs for the least
  3. This bike is sold new for $320 - $400, depending on the site (Ebay, Amazon and others). The second-hand price is high. (When new, the bike comes in parts in a box, when used it is already put together.) This donated bike was not used much and is in like new condition. The bike can be inspected at the Boquete Handicap Center in Alto Boquete across the street from Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant. The center is open Mon-Friday from 9-2. There is a users manual and a small toolkit that go with the bike. The Boquete Handicap Foundation would like to get $160 for the bike. Stop by the c
  4. This large beautiful Thai fan was purchased more than 35 years ago in Thailand by the donor. It is made of very thin, translucent cow leather that has been cut and hand painted. The Boquete resident donated it to the Handicap Foundation because she is wanting to downsize her collection of antiques and collectibles. The fan is in perfect condition. If you were going to frame this fan, the frame would have to be more than 26" wide and more than 16" high. A similar leather Thai fan is listed for sale on the internet for $200. The Boquete Handicap Foundation would like to get $75 for th

  7. This little vintage Moroccan teapot was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a local collector wishing to down-size her collection. The teapot is made of polished brass with a raised Moroccan pattern. It is about 7" tall. You’ll fall in love with this exquisite Moroccan teapot adorned with a classic cultural embossed motif, whether you’re hosting a gathering or indulging yourself with a hot cup of tea. This teapot looks like it's made of polished copper but we can't be sure. The Boquete Handicap Foundation would like to get $40 for this little teapot. Email Penny at pj
  8. This 30+ year old Chinese porcelain water picture was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a collector who wanted to down-size her collection. The Boquete Handicap Foundation would like to sell this beautiful 10" tall porcelain pitcher for $45. Email Penny at pjbarrett@aol.com or text WhatsAp 6510-8934.

  11. This Huawei smart phone was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation. 12. The donor tells us this is a replica (i.e. "knock-off") of a very famous and very expensive watch. This one is a very good replica, almost impossible to tell the differences even by a watch expert. Some watches tend to stand out through brand name, others through durability and others through an out of this world design. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore is the type of watch that manages to stand out due to all three of these aspects. Because this one needs some work by a watch repair specialist, the Boquete Handicap Foundation has priced it at just $25. Email Penny at pjbarrett@aol.
  13. The donor tells us that this is a replica of the famous Pasha watch by Cartier. The origin of the Pasha de Cartier begins in 1931 or 32, when The Pasha of Marrakesh, Thami El Glaoui, ordered a one-of-a-kind watch from Louis Cartier. A gold watch, resilient enough to keep pace with the Pasha’s active lifestyle, and one that could boast a level of water-resistance that was uncommon for the time. The solution was a watch with a (comparatively) large diameter, a crown cover and metal grid to protect the dial. This is the legend and is substantiated only by a photograph from 1943 of a watch that do
  14. This large, vintage, hand-painted display plate was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a lady who purchased it more than 30 years ago in China. It is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. The story of the plate is: the Chinese Emperor is sailing in his royal yacht, that is why you can see the yacht is different than the others. The stand is a beautifully crafted hardwood. The plate measures 18" in diameter and the height including the stand is 22.5". Similar newer plates sell on the internet for as much as $703 (plus shipping). The Boquete Handicap Foundation would
