Most of this product is shipped to Sweden with a smaller percentage going to South Africa.P.S. CHOX here in Boquete gets their chocolate from Bocas del Toro so the supplier told me. Deborah Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 CHOX is one of the few local customers of COCABO, an agricultural co-op in Almirante, near Bocas del Toro. For the most part, they export it. All European chocolate, by the way, is made from cacao grown elsewhere - the Ivory Coast, Central America and other places within 20 degrees of the equator.
