I have a question:
I made an appointment with the US Embassy to get the US driving license Authenticated and try to make appointment on the same day with MINREX using the link that you provided, but they ask for some attachment, and I am not clear of that. Do you know what attachment do they need?
Do you know if they still require an appointment or can we just go to their office without it?
I also heard that you can use the Mailbox Etc services to mail them the documentation and get it certified using mail without flying personally to Panama City. Are you aware of that?
