The photos don't do them justice.

The paintings are created by etching porcelain and then applying water color paints. They each measure 21" high by 18.5" wide. The wooden frames are made out of a very dense heavy hardwood. The combination of the heavy wood and the porcelain make these paintings very heavy.

Luckily, there are ornate brass hanging brackets at the top of each painting

  18. mirroir1.jpg.a9872f8f5bcaa637d2206c10442cc9d7.jpgIt's difficult to photograph a mirror.  This one is hand made in the Philippines and was purchased by the donor more than 35 years ago. The frame is hand carved hard wood and then overlaid with natural blue coral. Blue Coral live only in the Indo-Pacific in the tropics of the Indian and Pacific oceans and they are unusual in that they are blue in color, they have a blue skeleton — all other corals just about have white skeletons — and also in that they haven't changed in their form for over 60-70 million years.

The mirror stands 22" high and is 13" wide. It's in perfect condition.

This prized piece was donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a local lady wishing to downsize her collection and to help support the programs of the Handicap Foundation.

We would like to sell this great piece for $50. The money will help fund the many programs of the Boquete Handicap Foundation. Email Penny at pjbarrett@aol.com or text WhatsAp 6510-8934.

  19. frames.jpg.7204e9039010a46c9bd22cc7c15b403c.jpgThese two picture frames were purchased by the donor more than 35 years ago in the Philippines. The large one is 10" high and the smaller one is 7" high. We've reduced the price of these frames to $20 because the small one needs some minor repair in the back (not visible from the front).

These frames were donated to the Boquete Handicap Foundation by a local lady wishing to down-size her collection. They have never been used.

We're selling these frames well below the original cost from 35 years ago. We'd be happy to get $20 which will be used to help fund our programs for the least fortunate members of our community. Email Penny at pjbarrett@aol.com or text WhatsAp 6510-8934.
