Monday February 6th (Panama Photographer & Videographer Day and World Female Genital Anti-Mutilation Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets and across a footbridge with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots.
