Friday June 25th we'll celebrate Panama Messenger Day and leave at 8:00 AM sharp from across from BCP (at the feria), drive to Palo Alto road and hike to/from Tree Trek. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with a very long slight uphill, then a steep hill at the end, level 5 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.1 miles, 9200 steps, 1360 ft vertical distance.
