Sunday morning yoga eases students into the flow of the day through gentle and conscious movements, emphasizing learning to listen to the body. This practice is intuitively adapted to the needs of the students, with each day creating something new and embracing the gifts of the day. Conscious relaxation at the end of the asana practice includes the optional use of chakra opening essential oils and gentle massage. Please indicate if you wish to opt out of the oils and/or massage.
