I don't have this house available but I have another one for long term rental, $1500 per month (this price include: water, power, internet, Cable Tv, maintenance and gardening). The house is in front of the beach with 3 rooms and 2 baths, kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, terrace with BBQ and a palapa in the beach.
