Blades and the Brazilian musical group Boca Livre are nominated in the category "Best Latin Pop Album" for the production titled Pasieros . “In 1966, when I was young in Panama, I heard for the first time a Brazilian vocal group called 'Jongo Trio'. From that moment my desire was born to one day record a complete album with a similar band. Boca Livre was a guest on our album Mundo, with Editus and now finally, 56 years later, my dream of making a complete album has come true”, Blades says about Pasieros, on his website. Other nominees in this same category are Christina Aguilera ( Aguilera ), Camilo ( De adentro pa' afuera), Fonseca ( Viajante ), and Sebastián Yatra ( Dharma+ ).
