Showing her experience and better range, Bylon won the favor of all five judges in the fight that took place at the Basaksehir Sports and Youth Center in Istanbul, Turkey. Bylon will dispute the gold medal against the Canadian Tammara Thibeault, on Friday, May 20. The boxer is the first Panamanian athlete in that discipline to win more than one medal, since in the Jeju World Cup in 2014 she won the title in the 69 kg division.
