Mora, who has a PhD in Civil and Industrial Engineering and also studied at the University of Calabria, Italy, was the leader of the research project entitled “Laboratory specialized in passive energy solutions and comfort in buildings”. For that project he will receive 10,000 dollars. In addition, local capacities will be generated for the evaluation of passive and low-consumption techniques in energy solutions.
