Tuesday November 1st we'll start the month with an easy hike - Central Park. We'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike to/from the new park where we can enjoy the peace and ducks. Monday November 7th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over mostly paved streets with 1 moderate hill, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Wednesday November 9th (Panama Garbage Collector Day) we'll try to beat the rain and leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike El Salto Road.
