Tuesday July 22nd (Panama Pollera Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to San Francisco plaza and hike the Guadalupano loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved streets and a trail, essentially flat, level 2 for distance and difficulty. Wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
