Friday July 4th (Panama Orthopedics Day, International Cooperatives Day and US Independence Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive toa nd hike Ricardo Perez. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over gravel streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5 miles, 11,400 steps. Bring water, a hiking stick and wear hiking boots.
