Friday June 20th (Panama Nurse Assistant Day and World Refugee Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike La Estancia loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with steep hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.8 miles, 11,200 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots.
