Friday May 30th (Panama Black Heritage Day and Ascension Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to across from CEFATI and hike to/from La Estancia. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
