Thursday May 15th (Panama Recycle Day and International Family Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Caldera and hike to/from the Hydroelectric Dam. This is a 1+ hour hike over a gravel street with slight hills (but rough for vehicles), level 2 for distance and difficulty. Bring extra water and wear hiking boots.
