Friday April 4th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is an in/out 2+ hour hike over a paved and gravel street and trails with some steep hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 9100 steps, 1130 ft vertical.
