Wednesday January 29th (Panama Pharmacist Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets and trails with substantial hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 9100 steps, 1130 vertical feet.
